Cosmetic Training is…
A combination of training and dieting targeted towards burning fat and toning muscles. This program is designed to achieve a desired silhouette for a specific event, and is accordingly customizable in order to witness results in as little as three to seven days. The nutritional element of cosmetic training consists of close monitoring of daily caloric food intake and a vitamin and supplement program.

Holistic Training is…
a program devised to stimulate muscle growth in the overworked, lethargic individual, in order to enhance everyday activities. It stresses the importance of the bodys core through exercises that utilize stability balls, therabands, dynamic movements, and calisthenics. Such exercises have been shown to fight depression, augment energy levels, and improve stamina for day-to-day activities.
