the 30 Minute Total Body Routine is best implemented when repeated in an established,
consistent pattern.
Cosmetic Training is…
A combination of training and dieting targeted towards burning fat and toning
muscles. This program is designed to achieve a desired silhouette for a specific
event, and is accordingly customizable in order to witness results in as little
as three to seven days. The nutritional element of cosmetic training consists
of close monitoring of daily caloric food intake and a vitamin and supplement
program.
Holistic Training is…
a program devised to stimulate muscle growth in the overworked, lethargic individual,
in order to enhance everyday activities. It stresses the importance of the bodys
core through exercises that utilize stability balls, therabands, dynamic movements,
and calisthenics. Such exercises have been shown to fight depression, augment
energy levels, and improve stamina for day-to-day activities. The nutritional
element of holistic training consists of an organic food diet, an herbal supplement
program, and a dietary evaluation of food allergens.
The Original Stiletto Workout is…
a thirty to forty-five minute routine intended to increase flexibility and strengthen
the overall body without overstressing or overworking it. Its main purpose is
to enhance balance, ankle strength, unilateral strength, and core stabilization,
while streamlining and elongating the thighs, calves, and abdominals. Moreover,
it allows you to work towards a stunning, sculpted body with exercises that cause
little to no muscle soreness or fatigue.

an all-around body-toning workout conceived by Lean On Me Body Works trainer
Dawn Parker. Relying on rigorous cardio and resistance training, Parker develops
an aerobic program directed towards firming muscles and improving overall alignment
and posture. This program gets you in shape and boosts self-confidence, while
encouraging grace and poise in and out of training.
