Policy and Procedures

RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
If a client wishes to reschedule an appointment, we will do our best to accommodate the request. If the client places the request less than twenty-four hours prior to the appointment and we are unable to find an alternative time, the client will be charged a fee for the appointment.

CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS
If a client misses a scheduled appointment or gives less than twenty-four hours cancellation notice, the client will be charged the full amount for the scheduled training session.

LATENESS
Once a schedule of appointment times has been mutually agreed upon, we kindly ask that the client be ready to begin training at the scheduled appointment time. If the client arrives late, the training session will not be extended and will end at the scheduled time.

IN EVENT OF A CLIENT'S VACATION

We request that a seven-day notice be given in the event of vacation or absence.

IN EVENT OF A TRAINER'S VACATION

We will inform the client of any scheduled trainers' vacations well in advance of a scheduled session. A reminder will be provided seven days prior to the vacation. A substitute trainer or work out program can be provided at the preference of the client.

IN EVENT OF A TRAINER'S ILLNESS

In the event of a trainer's illness, a twenty-four hour notice will be given to the client. In event of sudden illness, a substitute trainer will be provided, or if not available, the training session will be rescheduled.

EXPIRATION OF PACKAGES

One to ten session packages expire 90 days from date of purchase. Packages of more than ten sessions expire in 180 days. Classes are nontransferable and non-refundable. In addition, classes must be used at place of purchase.
